To add an assignee to a task in Tasks Checklist:

  1. Click editor button on a chosen task

  2. Find the ‘Assignees’ section

  3. You can input the assignee email and hit ‘Add’, the assignee name will appear on the task

  4. Or you can choose the user directly from your Microsoft Directory by clicking ‘Add from Microsoft Directory’ and choosing the user name

To delete an assignee:

  1. Click editor button on a chosen task

  2. Find the ‘Assignees’ section 
  3. Click the cross button across the assignee name, it will disappear from the task
